Andy is by far one of the most professional, accountable, timely and friendly contractors i have ever met. Not to mention he offers phenomenal value and workmanship in what he does. We are thoroughly happy with his service and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Andy to anyone. We found Andy through homestars some time ago and he immediately came by to assess what we needed (new flooring in our basement, which had previously been damaged by water). Andy provided us with a quote right away and left us with samples and all the details and options of what we could do. As we didnt know Andy, we naturally called around to get various quotes. Others were offering less than what Andy was offering and wanted to charge more. We knew Andy was the right contractor because when assessing the job, he demonstrated that he DOES NOT CUT CORNERS- we respected this most. Andy ended up replacing our entire basement floors and added carpet onto our staircases. He did an amazing job and was on time. We were both not home while he was working, but he provided us ongoing updates and pictures of what he was doing, including showing us the various materials and layers he was putting underneath the floor to protect the flooring from future damage. Andy was responsive throughout, answering all questions, concerns and just making us feel more than comfortable throughout. Best of all, Andy didnt ask us for money upfront. He ensured he could finish the job first and wanted to make sure we were happy with it. I have never heard of someone to do that and it just shows the level of confidence Andy has in his work. Our floors are beautiful, the carpet is amazing. I would call Andy back in a heart beat and hope he can do some work at my fathers home soon.
