I called and explained we had an ice maker and water tap on fridge not working and we had to get fixed immediately due to sale of house. The woman on the phone was great. She said we are going to send you our best fridge guy. I explained we aren't living at that house so if we could get some notice, we will then know when to drive there as there isn't even a chair to sit on there to wait. She said no problem.
We got a call saying I will be there in 3 minutes from a woman. I said we needed more notice, we can't be there in 3 minutes. Its a 10 minute drive. She said ok, 10minutes. My husband arrived, and he said he had trouble understanding her english. He said she was having trouble understanding how the ice and water worked on that fridge???? She said she couldn't fix it, that we need a plumber which was correct.
I was thinking of phoning the company asking for my money back because I didn't get what I was told to expect but I doubted they would care.
