Critter Control® of Toronto

I do not recommend Critter Control for pest removal. I have dealt with other pest companies in the past, and Critter Control Toronto is by far the most expensive, and the least communicative, professional, or timely. Based on my interactions with the team I am concerned they lack knowledge in pest removal. I have been dealing with mice for nearly two months now. Their service involved sealing possible entry points on the outside of the house, and placing bait traps indoors and outdoors. When I have pointed out repeatedly that the current indoor bait traps are not being eaten by the mice, and yet I continue to see increasing evidence of mice in my home every day, they have not changed their bait trap strategies. The representative has told me this will be rectified but continues to delay visits to my home, prolonging the time to solving this issue, and allowing mice more time to reproduce. When representatives do return my messages, they reply several days later. When they have come in person for home inspections they arrive over an hour late to our scheduled appointment, and are difficult to book due to limited schedules. I couldnt be more disappointed with this service, which has been a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

Woke up in the middle of the night with a bat in the bedroom, I was able to catch it and let him lose outside, called the company in the morning and they promptly scheduled a same day appointment, Ryan arrived on time, extremely polite and very knowledgeable, he checked the attic and did not find anything (no guano found and insulation was untouched) he also checked other parts of the house and said that there was nothing to do at that point. When I asked how much I own him, he said nothing, no charge for the inspection, I could not believe that and I will definitely recommend his services. I'm going to send him a gift card as a gratitude gesture.

I had a birds nest in a corner of my dormer soffit that I wanted to be addressed. I made an appointment for 3pm. My phone call went though many channels but it went swiftly. The sales person came at 6:30pm because of traffic. They let me know what needs to be done and also told me I should get two other areas sealed up so that they never need to come back. The cost was almost $800. When I told them I did not have this kind of money and would like to just do the one area where we have the nest they refused and said they cannot take a job less than $500 and that maybe I should just throw the extra on a credit card.

I since found another company that did the job and the extras suggested for under $400.

I suggest people get another quote as this company has alot of overhead that the customer has to pay for.

Ryan came out and was friendly and polite. He came in and looked around, went outside and did a walkaround and diagnosed the problem as a small hole where birds were getting into our roof.

He explained it was an easy job, that didn't require us to call them for costly measures. I really appreciate that.. some people may say he lost a sale, but you know what, he gained a customer for life.

If ever I have any need for a critter wrangler I will call this company.
I will also refer them to anyone who asks... honesty is hard to find especially during these times. I really appreciate Ryan and the critter control team.

Incredible service! We have used them numerous times related to raccoons, skunks and birds in various areas of our current home and last home. What I appreciate the most is that they treat the animals with incredible humanity throughout their service. Such a respect for all of the world's creatures is a rare find. Highly recommend them. I would stop searching and call!!

Brandon came and suggested a solution to ensure our skunk was removed from a small tunnel system underneath our front steps and porch. This has been a bit nuisance for us and we couldn't be happier with the solution. Friendly, professional and easy to deal with.

The company was referred to me and after acquiring 2 quotes, I decided to go ahead with Critter Control. The people I spoke to were incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They provided me with a professional quote that offered options and each person I dealt with was incredibly professional. Thank you for removing the little un-welcomed tenants. I would definitely recommend this company.

These guys were great! I called 4 other companies before calling Critter Control. Each company told me they could come out to remove the Squirrel in my house in 1-2 days! Critter Control came out the same day. I was quoted a price, I accepted. They said it may be late, but they will be there to get that Squirrel and they were. True to their word. Two guys came to my house, I directed them to where the Squirrel was and they dived in, took some time, but they got the Squirrel! The next day another great gentleman came by my house to assess the situation and to give us a quote for prevention measures. All quoted prices were very reasonable, plus a 1 year warranty along with great tips and advice. They came back 2 days later and did all the prevention work on my roof to prevent any more Squirrels or other critters from getting into my house. They were true to their word, reasonably priced and just great all-around customer service. From the first phone call, I felt reassured and from the home visit was even more reassured. If you have critters in your home, Critter Control is the company to call!! Top Notch!

I checked a few services and found Critter Control very competitive.....They responded promptly and assessed the hole in my eaves as a squirrel access....Quote for removal and repair was accepted and job done within 2 days.....Very happy with prompt, efficient and professional service.....Would definitely recommend
