We went with BLT home inspection from a referral . I am so glad we had . Bruce took his time to thoroughly go through the property inside and out explaining things to me and things i questioned about the home. while there inspecting then he gave a Very Detailed report , He had explanations and with photos of issues in and around the house and gave me a time frame when things should be maintenanced or replaced. Bruce has given me peace of mind about moving ahead with my decisions regarding this home and if this one falls through I will be looking for his services again.
