Maid It Clean

Recieved a gift card and It was great coming home to a nice clean home ! My 2 dogs were no problem for the ladies. Making an appt was easy and they worked with me to find the time I was hoping for.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I could have saved my money and done a better job myself even though I am partially disabled. Not at all professional.
They did not complete the job I asked them to do ie: wipe blinds and window sills or baseboards, all tasks I cannot do.

Regret using this service very much. My apartment was very clean in immaculate condition and thought i would polish it off with some professional cleaning as the last cleaning service I had used was phenomenal but thought i would splurge for a non-wag jag deal and get a really great job. What a mistake. Unit was barely cleaned basically requested they clean the light fixtures and baseboards and windows. They refused to do the light fixtures because they were too "high". The floor looked worse with their mop, they showed up with a bucket and minimal tools and asked us if we had any cleaning supplies. Very unprofessional, use at your own risk. Buyer BEWARE.

I purchased a Wagjag for 2 hours of cleaning with 2 cleaners for $69 (a value of $140). The booking process was ok, but I didn't like that it was a 3 hour window during which time the cleaners may arrive and not a firm appointment. I found the person on the phone to lack customer service skills.

The cleaners were in the house for 1 hour and 15 minutes, when they told me they were finished. The areas they cleaned were well cleaned, but it wasn't until after they had left that I realized they hadn't cleaned any of the window (which were obviously in need of cleaning). Considering that I had paid for 2 hours and they left early, this left me rather disappointed.

I will probably try a different cleaning service next time
