This company went above and beyond to move my elderly parents from their home to Waterside Retirement Community in Carleton Place. They were on time, extremely efficient and very personable. I can not say enough about how great the experience was.

With Karl & Triggers assistance & organization quick work was made of my fathers move to the Waterside. He was all set up & ready to by noon in his suite.
We'll be using Systems 'n Spaces again next year when he returns home full time

In 25 years we have moved all across Canada in the RCAF. All our moves were done by crews who did their jobs really with no feelings for us. Oh what a difference to find a caring and dare I say it, caring, thoughtful and very wonderful lady ( Trigger) who moved all our belongings with the utmost care and efficiency. This lady put us at ease and professionally accomplished this task to our complete satisfaction. She is a very thoughtful and accomplished person. I would not hesitate to recommend this great moving company. We are now resident at the Retirement Community in Carleton Place Ont.

If you want folks that are professional, do a great job, damage-free and nice folks to work with, these are them. As a bonus, they are compassionate and kind, and very sensitive to the difficulties the client has in leaving their home of many decades. they have lots of experience and great suggestions that helped us in setting up the new room in a way that helped reduce client angst and had the look and feel as much as possible of the home she left. You can't go wrong with these folks

We needed to pack up and move furniture and belongings quickly to transition our mother from one home to another for medical reasons. Triggerr and Karl were extremely caring, professional and efficient. They offered great suggestions to make the process run smoothly and moving supplies where needed. We had everything moved and placed in one day. We would recommend them, and plan to tell our friends and family about them and their A++ service.

This company was recommended br the Seniors residence I was moving to. We had an initial interview, the when I was ready to move, they arrived on time, carefully wrapped and packed my all my belongings. The next day I arrived at my new home and was astounded. Not only was all my furniture in place, the dishes stored in the cupboard, all the ornaments placed attractively, the bed made up and Triggerr was hanging the shower curtain!!!! I can't tell you how pleased I was with their service. I would highly recommend this team to anyone planning to move, especially if downsizing is involved. They are experts in this field.

Trigger and Karl helped me with the move and set-up of my aunt's things when she moved from a family home to a studio apartment in a retirement community. Trigg called me ahead of the move with useful advice on how to choose furnishings, clothing, etc., and how to prepare items for the move. On the day of the move, she and Karl efficiently but carefully wrapped furniture, packed pictures, etc. At the other end, they unwrapped and unpacked, set things up, hung the pictures, arranged knick knacks exactly as they had been, even made the bed -- did everything. And it was all accomplished far faster than I had expected.
But this account of efficient, careful service just doesn't give the whole picture. Yes, Trigger and Karl are top-notch movers, but they are much more than that. Their calm, kind, supportive natures made a stressful day vastly easier. They took care of me, as well as my aunt's things. I recommend them highly.

When I became mobility impaired, unable to lift or carry things, or manage stairs, my wife and I knew we had to move. The task seemed dauntingly overwhelming. We had fifteen years worth of things accumulated. I had come home from hospital to a lawn that was just some gnarly weeds poking mocking heads through dry dirt. It was like they were taunting us, saying you’ll never sell this joint.
While in respite care we had expressed these thoughts about the formidable task of getting our house ready for the market. We were referred to Trigger and Karl, made a call to set up an appointment, and liked them from the very start.
They had very obviously done this kind of work before and could break the work down into manageable chunks. All we had to do was make sometimes painful decisions about what should go and what should stay. They found good homes for everything. Very little ended up as landfill. They made the house presentable inside and out.
Their services, combined with the services of a top-notch realtor culminated in us accepting a good offer a week after our house went to market.
