Triggerr and her husband Karl are an amazing team!! My elderly mother, with vision issues was changing suites at her retirement home and I need help to pack up and move her. With very little prep on my part (just organizing a couple of cluttered areas with baskets), they packed up and moved everything! Their attention to detail, as far as setting up the new suite just like the old one, was amazing!!! The bathroom and kitchen were set up exactly the same, and with my mother's vision issues that was really important!! My mom and I went for lunch and a stroll through the tulip festival. It was the most stress free move I have ever made!! And all with some fun, laughs and love. I can't say enough about them!!

We hired Triggerr and Karl on the recommendation of VIVA Retirement Residence. They came to our home and explained what they could and could not do for us in easily understandable manner. They advised us of their rates and how their system worked. We decided to hire them. They took away a pile of “stuff” before we even agreed to hire them. When we needed them they came and worked with remarkable efficiency. Our packing and move went flawlessly and they unpacked and put things away in their proper places. This was made possible because they took pictures of things such as drawer contents before packing them. Nothing was broken or lost in the move. They made several very good suggestions about what would be appropriate to take and the placement in our new apartment. We would recommend them to anyone looking to downsize/move and would use them again ourselves. They are honest, efficient, hardworking people.

My 86 year old father was moving from one retirement home in Perth to another in Carleton Place in order that he would be closer to me as his primary care giver. He was very reluctant about this move and had been delaying it for a long time. Trigger and Karl were so accommodating and understanding. They met with him that eased the tension and in fact they even convinced him to let them put up his pictures in the new apartment that he did not do in the last home for over a year.

The level of kindness , care and professionalism that Trigger and Karl showed my mother was on par with concierge service one finds at a 5+ star resort. Her move and getting her condo ready for sale during a difficult time was made easy not only for my mother but for us as well. The attention to detail in packing her cherished items and having her new room ready was beyond expectations not to mention the emptying and cleaning of her condo for sale. Triggerr and Karl came highly recommended to relocate my 88 year old Mother's belongings from Independent Living to an Assisted Living Floor at Viva Barrhaven. They are an extremely personable and professional couple clearly enjoying what they do. They exceeded all our expectations, called ahead to confirm, arrived on time, and went about their work with great pride and a wonderful warm sense of humour. We appreciated their highly experienced input about optimal furniture placement in the smaller space in order to maximize the safety and homey atmosphere of the new apartment. We were planning to downsize from a large thre-bedroom apartment to a one-bedroom retirement suite. We had no idea what we could take, what would fit, how to choose. Trigg came in and helped us to make sensible practical decisions.

When it came time to move, Trigg and Karl turned up on time, took charge of all the administrivia that we had forgotten, loaded carefully, and clearly had fun working together and with us. When they unloaded, they put everything in sensible places and even put the bed together.

For follow-up, Trigg had suggestions on who to contact to pick up furniture, and what to put in storage (nothing!). If we ever move again, we will surely call SystensNSpaces.

I highly recommend the services of this amazing couple. They moved my mother from her apartment to a retirement home and made the transition as smooth as possible. They not only took care of the physical move professionally and respectfully, but they also were so very sensitive to the emotional side of the move. They helped my mother to see the positive side of the changes she was about to undertake. They were able and willing to do anything that we needed them to do even on short notice. They were able to make her new home look and feel just like her previous home. They set up everything, including pictures, on moving day so my siblings and I did not have to negotiate anything during the move. They charge an extremely fair hourly rate. I can't say enough good things about these two wonderful people. I have already recommended them to everyone I know!

They moved my apartment contents and and set up everything in my new location perfectly. All I had to do was unpack my suitcase! I had always used traditional moving companies but never again; Systems N' Spaces provides that personal and friendly touch that is so important and with 10 years experience and a love for what they do, it all became a win-win for Systems N' Spaces and for me.

Trigger & Carl moved our Mom from a bungalow into a 1 bedroom suite. They're both amazingly efficient & capable and even better when teamed up. I can't imagine how our entire project could possibly have been any easier.
