The service Carpet Expert provided was 2nd to none. On a Sat. afternoon I called someone actually answered and shown up to check the carpet I urgently need it to be fixed for a home inspection appointed by a serious buyer.
When he finished the repair on the following day, Sunday, I was speechless, the carpet looked new, as if nothing ever happened to it. The wood colour mark on the carpet for which the top carpet cleaner I spent over $200 for had no way to remove; Carpet Expert made them all disappeared.
Carpet Expert is for real even you may not believe such perfect job is possible.
