Northern Comfort installed 18 windows in my house last year.
Recently I noticed problem with two windows. I called the company and made a service appointment.
A specialist name Daniel arrived to my house on time.He was polite, pleasant, professional. He fixed a problem of windows in no time, no mess, before he left he asked if all the other windows had any issues. I told him two windows were intermittently hard to open, he made some adjustments to fix the problem.
