New windows and doors

I am editing my review to reflect that I was contacted Northern comfort this morning and a few hours later Lou came to our house to assess the issues with the two windows and the door. He was very good. He went through all of it with me and promised that it would all be straightened up ASAP and even offered to clean my garden right then and there. I previously had a very good experience with Northern Comfort, as did every one I've referred, and I was very impressed with the speed in which they tried to help me.

New windows and doors

We had a great experience with our patio door we had installed two years ago. So when we wanted to change the windows and doors we decided to go with Northern Comfort. The installers were polite and friendly but did not clean up the mess very well. When they left the first day my dog found a pile of insulation and ate it. Thankfully she vomited shortly afterward and seems to be suffering no ill effects. After the second and final day there is insulation all in my garden and my yard. Two of my windows have very large gaps between the window and siding. The door has an old cracked piece of siding shoved into the top. It has two rusty screws in it that are going to scratch the casing of the door. The "step" part of the door is floating on thin air and is bending. It's been 4 hours since it was installed. Apparently they had to cut the door wider so there is a large gap cut into the wall of a landing I just paid to have re dry walled. Now I am expected to pay to have it repaired? I sent a message on Facebook hoping to avoid this review. It was read but not responded to. Our sales guy knows how long it took us to save for these windows. I would like for them all to be installed the same as my patio door was (and all the rest of the windows and door)
