I had ordered (7) windows and (3) garage doors c/w (3) garage door openers. The sales rep Mark was attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. He responded to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. He gave me an estimate on the spot and communicated openly during the process. He offered suggestions and recommendations. Installation went smoothly and my concerns were addressed by the service department promptly and to my satisfaction. There were two negatives. The wait time between placing the order and the installation itself was 12 weeks. The second negative was the A/R accounts clerk at head office in Barrie who promptly demanded the balance of the invoice the day the installers were at the house. I wasn't at home the day of the installation and so I wanted to the opportunity to see the workmanship before handing over payment (reasonable in my opinion) This is where I found a few items that I wanted addressed and the service department followed up promptly. Overall I'm pleased and would recommend the company.
