Landmark Flooring

Absolutely one of the worst businesses in the Tinley/Orland area. Please do not waste your time or money, especially if you are hard working well to do people. The employees rushed the process from start to finish, which led to , falsifying shipment dates, a delayed installation time, and to top it off not enough product to finish flooring our place. Although the job took an additional week to finish, the company charged our credit card before the job was completed. Furthermore, customer service (Nick and Alicia) proved to be appalling as these two main employees were rude, uncaring and flat out disrespectful. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, try somewhere else!
