We experienced basement flooding from sewer backup due to a major storm, 5 inches of rain within 2 hours, on July 8, 2013. One portion of the basement was paneled in barn wood and mould grew on the panels within 2 days. Since hundreds of homes were affected in the area, we were unable to secure contractors from our insurance company due to the unprecedented demand. Fortunately we were able to contact PuroClean in Oakville and it was the best decision we made. Joel visited our premises within the week and cleanup was initiated by Heidi and her professional team a few days later. Following the cleanup Joel arranged for additional demolition, plumbing repairs and finally sub-contracting a company for the rebuild. In all cases, not only was the work completed to our satisfaction but exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend PuroClean’s services in the future.
