Alan is an exceptional inspector. I hired him for my 30 day and 1 year inspection for a new home. For the 30 day, he flagged major and minor deficiencies, as well as advice for new home ownership. Aside from walk through inspection, I also appreciated the heat scan and drone footage of the roof! When he returned for the 1 year, he also reviewed to make sure that deficiencies were addressed.
