Alan is a professional who takes the time to provide practical and comprehensive advice while educating the prospective buyer on all aspects of the home. He is well prepared and his reports are well written and thoughtfully prepared. Alan can provide related services such as mould testing if needed (not all inspectors can do this) and is very knowledgeable. He also provides excellent customer service - he is timely, responsive and and easy to deal with. We highly recommend Alan.
