Alan is, quite simply, amazing to have as a home inspector. Not only did he do a fantastic and thorough job, going over every inch of the house we were looking at, but he also educated and informed us along the way. At each point, he made helpful suggestions and recommendations, and laid out the potential options for different areas that needed attention.
