It was 1991 and we needed to move or expand our home size. I had several quotes and plans when I brought Mario in for his thoughts. The first meeting was friendly and professional; he took a look at our needs and proposed something that was more creative, extremely useful and within our budget. I will never regret the decision to go with Carmelin Homes. While we were living in the home and with a very tight timeline, Mario orchestrated the project with a level of care and expertise as if it were his own. The finished product (4 new rooms) are where we continue to live and spend most of our time while in the house.
