Malcolm did a great job with our Skylight replacement, it was a tricky one as the existing one had the frame mounted with the screws that were buried behind drywall, so he had to carefully remove without damaging, which he managed successfully. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with our options and was very responsive to our needs in providing a quote and following up with an appointment to get the job done promptly and done well.

I compared several roofing companies and one roofing professional recommended that I use Malcolm. So I called him and he gave me a competitive and good price. he takes pride in what he does and believes in good workmanship. He made sure that the leak would not happen again and use good materials. We had a kitchen skylight leak. We called a skylight repair guy who charged us $1,100 to replace the skylight. A couple of days later it was still leaking. We didn’t trust the original repair guy to fix it since we now realized we had been misinformed and overcharged. Probably the skylight was fine. We called Malcolm. He came immediately, took out old roofing tiles and layers of flashing. It was a huge job! And!!!!!!!! The leak is gone. I just wished I’d found Malcolm first! Thanks, Malcolm. You did a great job.

Malcolm came to replaced a broken concrete roof tile today. He also inspected my roof at no extra cost. He brought along the right tile. Malcolm took pictures of his work so I can understand what was done. Malcolm is friendly, honest and dependable. Highly recommended.

Malcolm gave me a full quote and explanation of the replacement process for a custom size skylite on a Tuesday. On Thursday the replacement was completed including an inspection and minor repair of the roof and flashings around the unit.

My skylight flashing has been leaking over the years and has several repairs, but still leaks. Malcolm recommends to remove the skylight and redo the entire flashing with his proven method of water proofing. Due to the age of the 30 year old skylight, during removal it could crack the seal. He give me a good price to replace the skylight and he would provide warranty for the whole package. The work was professionally done and took pictures along the way. I was happy with his work and asked him to install 4 attic vents to cool the roof during hot summer days. It took no time for him to do a proper job as he knows the procedure very well.
