We had a kitchen skylight leak. We called a skylight repair guy who charged us $1,100 to replace the skylight. A couple of days later it was still leaking. We didn’t trust the original repair guy to fix it since we now realized we had been misinformed and overcharged. Probably the skylight was fine. We called Malcolm. He came immediately, took out old roofing tiles and layers of flashing. It was a huge job! And!!!!!!!! The leak is gone. I just wished I’d found Malcolm first! Thanks, Malcolm. You did a great job.
