Shawn was punctual, friendly and helpful person. He gives us briefly description about his job as home inspector. Reasonable priced. Has excellent knowledge and experiences, easy to understand, he identify unusual defect of every futures of the house exterior and interior " pros and con " with details which was minor issues, and we would never spotted our self!. Gived us tips and great advised as a home buyer.
When the inspection was completed, was emailed to us later that day with his full description and explanation.

Excellent service. Shawn was able to do a home inspection at very short notice taking me around the house doing a comprehensive inspection. He pointed out several issues (none major fortunately) which I would never have spotted on my own and offered some very good advice which will probably save me much more than his fee over the next few years. He noticed an unusual plumbing configuration that was a surprise to the seller as well as to himself. He researched it after the inspection was completed and later emailed me a full explanation as to what it was. Highly recommended.

Shawn provided me an excellent PDI service with reasonable price for my new constructed home on 15-Dec-2011. It relieved my earlier quality concerns and helped to identify many defects that I could not find by myself. With his finds and comprehensive inspection report, I feel confident to communicate with builder during the home warranty period.

I was very impressed by Shawn's working ethics. In order to verify a construct defect identified during inspection, he spent additional time to research Build Codes and specified in the report. It is a 100% "P.Eng" attitude !
