The receptionist was friendly and offered us options about when someone could come out, which was very soon. Jonathon was punctual, competent and very professional. He took care of everything quickly but still took the time to explain things to me. He took the time to make sure everything was working well, explained the warranty to me. Very happy all round.

I contacted John the Plumber late on a Friday and they offered me service the very next morning (a Saturday). The gentleman, Josh, was on time and very courteous. He had a beautiful smile and offered excellent customer service during the visit. He was thorough and took the time to analyze the problem carefully even though it was his last job of the day. He took the time to explain the source of the leak and the price breakdown to ensure I understood what I was getting for my money. I am very pleased with the speedy service and how friendly the gentleman was during the visit. I would recommend Josh and this business to anyone!

Tried to install a bidet attachment described as very easy to do by anyone!
Called John the Plumber. Woman who answered the call was warm and friendly. Plumber came promptly on Monday morning. Very pleased with the employee who had an easy manner, confident. Jonathon came on time to my house, found the problem instantly. He had all necessary parts in his van and replaced the outside faucet and shut off valve in a very short time. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely call again for any future issues.

Great job. Great service Two young guys showed up and spent over an hour installing a new pipe and fawcett. Two weeks ago another plumber showed up and charged me about the same price for 15 minutes of work installing a kitchen fawcett. Next time? John the Plumber is getting my call.

Absolutely the best! On Friday of Thanksgiving weekend I had stubborn blocked sink that led to scoping the main as my house is 60+ years old. Enter Michael - professional with high standards of service and care. Michael scoped the main to find a bulge and break needing immediate attention.

We discussed in full the options and costs while Denis snaked the kitchen sink drain. We settled on replacing the main, roughing in a basement bathroom, re-plumbing recent contractor work originally done wrong and rerouting the dishwasher hose also originally done wrong (AND fixed a rocking toilet on day two).

I had to travel the following week so we had to put it all off. He collected no fees for the scope and snake work on my promise to call him back to schedule replacing the main. Three weeks later I finally set a date for the job.

Michael, Johnathon, backhoe and cement cutters arrived promptly first thing. While the destruction was large, as expected, everyone worked until well past 9 pm to ensure we had water overnight - thanks Denis! Concrete was removed and old pipes (and roots) were disposed of.

The entire job took three days with a little touch up on the fourth - looks like nothing ever happened! Jonathon showed me everything that was done and how it worked. Michael reviewed all the details but noticed some cement dust on my living room floors. He kindly sent help to move furniture and carpets so we could clean it up - outstanding!

The job was unintended and expensive, sometimes that's the way it goes, but it was a pleasure to work with professionals who see the value in doing a superior job while providing excellent end-to-end customer service! GRMA Gents

Our toilet was leaking and we call this company. They did a good job fixing toilet leak. It was more than just replacing the seal - the builder put 3 seals instead of 1. John had to build a flange to extend the pipe.
No more leaks!

I called John the Plumber to install an outdoor tap at my family cottage. They made a special trip out to us the next day, gave us advice on the best spot to put the tap, and had it installed and working in about 2 hours. The plumber, Andre, took the time to explain how to drain the pipe in the winter to avoid freezing and even took a look at the basement shower while he was there to give us an idea of how much it would cost to replace. He was so polite and courteous, John the Plumber will be our first call next time for sure.
