Service was on time, thorough and professional. I have an old house with old plumbing. There is always something going wrong. I felt that the work with my leaking tap and pipes was done well and for a good price. I would recommend Matt to anyone.

Tyler arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call. He was highly professional and courteous and quickly assessed the situation and used a camera to locate the problem - tree roots. With Tim's help the roots were removed, the pipe was cleaned and flushed for the entire 77 feet to the main sewer. The pipe was tested pipe to ensure that it was flowing freely. All work was done efficiently, the same day and as quoted. Tyler's positive demeanor was so refreshing even with a very challenging project with the offsets in the line. I couldn't be happier to have called Drain Pro.

For peace of mind I wanted to have my sump pump and battery back up system inspected. I called DrainPro based upon the high rating on HomeStars and was not disappointed. Their customer service was outstanding and they had a technician/plumber (Tyler) at my place that afternoon. Tyler was quite knowledgeable and it was apparent he had numerous years of experience. He inspected the sump pump and battery back up quickly and noticed that the check valve in the battery back up pump was not working. I was so impressed with his workmanship and friendly attitude, I decided to replace the sump pump (as well) - as it was a few years old. Tyler returned a few days later and installed the new sump pump and rectified the check valve issue. The work was done quickly and the system works well. I was very impressed with his professionalism and would not hesitate to contact DrainPro for any future plumbing issues. It is nice to deal with such a personable company.

My sump pump lines were frozen in January. DrainPro came and examined. I decided to wait for spring. Melting snow & rain caused an emergency situation in early April. DrainPro responded promptly and honored the original estimate even though it was Good Friday. They were wonderful, fixed the problem, explained everything and provided a preventative maintenance plan for next year. They could have taken advantage of someone in a dire situation but didn't. I highly recommend this company. Special thanks to Tyler Quaile. They did other general plumbing work in the bathroom/basement that was also done to my complete satisfaction.

Had a bathroom reno done last year and have had problems with the toilet clogging ever since. DrainPro sent Matt Quaile over (with another fellow who's name I did not catch). Both were extremely polite and efficient. Matt was particularly helpful in his advice. Would highly recommend to any of my friends.
