My problem started with a dishwasher issue and DRAINPRO professionals came to assess the situation. After quickly confirming that it was not a drainage problem, Matt Quaile advised me that i would need to contact an appliance technician. However, Matt was able to solve other ongoing problems that I had with toilet, shower head and clogged tub drain. He was quickly able to determine that I needed to have a new spout to resolve shower issues and provided a replacement part. Both DRAINPRO staff were professional, courteous, and honest. I would recommend DRAINPRO!

Called them on a Thursday evening after discovering that the simple toilet bolt replacement job I thought I was getting into was in fact a broken closet flange.

They provided a quote and scheduled a plumber to be on-site on Saturday to perform the replacement/repair.

I requested to add a new toilet install to the job (different bathroom) since he was already on-site and my reno list is a mile long.

Provided a quote and we agreed on the price right there and then.

Quality work, courteous and professional.

Had a stubborn blockage in the kitchen sink which could not be fixed by an amateur (moi) using a plunger or draino type products. Called Drainpro around 5 on a Saturday afternoon and they had someone there before 6 who fixed the problem beautifully. Turned out to be much more complicated than expected, requiring clean-outs in the basement, etc. Plumber was very capable, professional and pleasant.

Matt is an awesome professional plumber.
He is skilful quick smart polite clean.
He really provided the best service ever.

Pipes under my sink (installed DIY by previous owners) suddenly came apart. Found Drainpro online and gave them a call, and a very polite and courteous professional named Chris was at my door within 40 minutes. He assessed the situation and gave me options about how we could proceed. He replumbed the area under the sink, installed a p-trap missed in the DIY, and left the area very clean and tidy. The whole job was done in under an hour. Fast, efficient, worry-free!

Did not call them first, bad mistake. The first company did not even show up after waiting 7 hours.
Went on the internet and found DrainPro right away. Gave them a call and they had a repair man at the door at 8 in the morning to do the work. Was quite concerned of the condition of the water pipes and that they might start leaking. Tyler agreed they were in very poor condition and identified the work required and the cost on the spot. Problem solved and very pleased with the cost and the workman ship.

We called DrainPro to look at gurgling drains in our two bathrooms. Tyler spent some time trying to diagnose the issue. He snaked the drains, but they were clean. He eventually surmised the same as we had, that there is a venting issue with the drains, and that it's not an emergency situation.

Luke came promptly , on time to do both the estimate and the work. He was friendly and helpful, did the work efficiently and neatly and ensured everything was working right before he left. The cost was fair for the work and I am very pleased with the service.

Called DrainPro as our toilet had a water leak. The office staff were very pleasant and professional. Gave me a 4 hour window for the service call however received a call indicating the plumber could come earlier in the day. Was called a second time to say the plumber was enroute. Excellent customer relations!

Matt and Matt arrived discussed the problem with me and provided an with a cost estimate. They proceed to do the work and then advised me that the cost was less than expected. Explained everything that was done and why.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this company if you want excellent service and workmanship not to mention honesty and integrity.

Tyler did a great job in assessing and fixing the problem. He also took the time to fix a few other minor problems as well as give advice on some questions we had. He is very courteous, helpful and respectful (and does not make you feel stupid for not knowing about plumbing questions!). Highly recommend!
