Mr. Furnace

We had a problem with our heater as the heat was not coming up, and Claude did a fantastic job solving the problem. He explained in great detail what he was doing and checked everything, including our air conditioning, to ensure that everything was running smoothly. He is highly knowledgeable in what he says and was fast and efficient during the service. Overall, Claude did a fantastic job and had excellent customer service

Claude is the best service rep we have had from Mr. Furnace. Not only does he know about hot water boilers, he also was the one who solved the problem with our air conditioner. He is clean, thorough, explains what he is doing and why it needs to be done. He is knowledgeable about boilers and air conditioners. We will always ask for Claude when we need a technician to help us with our furnace or are conditioner. Exceptional customer service.

Vincent and Steve did an amazing job installing my new furnace and AC unit after mine were damaged by a plumbing failure. Very professional and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this company.

The service was quick, efficient, very friendly, preformed the service in a timely manner. Still I think the filter should have been replaced. Mr. Furnace is highly dependable for any of your needs.

Have used Mr. Furnace for decades, with our old and new furnaces. Telephone contact easy and very pleasant. On a number of occasions I have been offered by phone - definitely offered with an opportunity to say yes or no - an immediate appointment when there has been a cancellation or a technician has finished early. Technicians have been universally excellent - my furnaces have worked well - efficient, personable, and helpful.

Claude has been our usual technician for many years. Recently, he diagnosed the problem on our 10 month old furnace and air conditioner as the AC would not work . He ordered the parts and came back to fix the problem.
Always a pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable person to welcome into our home.
