Mr. Furnace

Cory was a respectful polite worker, on time and able to answer any questions I had. I was very grateful to have been a member of their membership program as part of my repair was covered!

Punctual, courteous and efficient service call. The technician, Anthony, was exemplary in every respect. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable furnace service company.

Claude came and did the annual service on our boiler. I asked for him special because he is so polite, caring, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as a service man. He is a great representative with a fantastic personality, and very accommodating. Claude is the reason I keep coming back to Mr. Furnace.

Claude had done service and repair on both our furnace and air conditioner for many years - there are 3 words for Claude "He's the BEST!" - a great ambassador for Mr. Furnace - always on time, impeccable work habits - does the job efficiently and skillfully. He makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves and nothing defeats him. Furthermore he is well spoken, affable and polite. Can't ask for anything more.....
As long as Claude is there, I will be doling business with Mr. Furnace.

They are the worst company,way too expensive and they don't care about your needs only selling yiy as much stuff as the guy can don't ever use them!!! Unless you have money to throw away!!!

Today Lino arrived to do our furnace maintenance. I have relied on Mr.Furnace for more than 10 years to keep my furnace and air conditioner running smoothly and they would not get my repeat business if I was not 100% satisfied with their work. Plus they arrive within the 4 hour window given when the appointment is made, call when they are on their way and are respectful of my home. Today I threw Lino a curve ball and asked him to take a look as to why the furnace filter was so hard to install; he cheerfully took the extra time and made the necessary adjustments. I would not hesitate to recommend Lino and Mr. Furnace.

Rick from Mr. Furnace did the scheduled maintenance of our A/C unit today. He was professional, courteous, and quick. I highly recommend Mr. Furnace and recommend that Rick get a generous salary increase. Thanks guys!

Cory came to inspect and tune our HVAC system. He was professional and courteous, even covering his work shoes with coverlets. He made a couple of really good suggestions for future regular maintenance and upgraded/updated our filter.
We are having them come back next week to do our tankless water heating system.

The furnace guy arrived on time, and helped install a thermostat.
He asked if we had any other issues, we said yes, the blower was too slow and there was a harmonic hum when the heat was blowing. He took over 1 1/5 hours to fix those two items, and still only charged 50.00. I was very pleased. He was very polite and helpful.
