Furnace was purchased from Mr. Furnace, 8.5 years ago, first time we had a problem, still under warranty. Claude was our technician, he arrived on time, found the problem, called to get the part delivered, while waiting for it he did all the maintenance on the Furnace and AC, even though it was raining, he checked and tuned up my system, cleaned up behind himself He explained the process, he was following, what the problems were and how he was repairing them. Very pleasant gentleman, efficient in his work, please send him next year for the annual maintenance.

Called Mr furnace from work today, furnace not working they gave me a time 630 service tech AJ showed up at that time and he was really professional ,after analyzing all the components in the furnace found a blockage water backing up fixed the problem charged exactly what they quoted me for the call, thanks again AJ. Definitely would call Mr Furnace if I had any more issues.

Claude was a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service rep. He had the furnace running in about 1/2 an hour. He let me know what needed to be repaired and gave me a detailed quote! I would definitely call Mr Furnace again for my furnace repairs. Thank you so much Claude!!
