Need to review and double check all measurements.
Measure once and cut without confirming final measurements.
Too late then and they walk away and leave you to go to another supplier.

I went to Solid Decorum to get a custom bathroom granite countertop made. Nathaniel was very accommodating and quick. He invited me into his shop on a Sunday to choose a granite style/colour. With the measurements I had, he had the granite cut, polished and ready to go that same day. He even sold me a high quality Kohler undermount sink to fit. He talked me through the very simple install and gave me a clamp to hold the sink while it cured.

I was very happy with their service. The only downside is that they can be hard to get a hold of. Leave them a message and they'll get back to you.
