Maric was referred through my sister, who is thorough when hiring professionals in her home. I had my own HVAC tech that I trusted for many years but when the temperature was falling in my home, and on the coldest day of the winter, Maric was the only one to respond to my call right away. I sent him a video of the problem, where he heard and saw what was happening. On his way here from his last scheduled call of the day, he picked up the part he thought was the problem and came over. He was thorough in explaining what the problem was, drained the tubes, replaced the motor and showed me how to troubleshoot in the future. He was tidy with his work, friendly to my kids who were curious about what he was doing, professional in his conduct and super polite. A month later, I had another problem that he walked me through over the phone. He could have easily charged me for a visit, but didn't. What is clear is that he values his client relationships and that a long-term one is better than short-term gain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maric to anyone looking for a good, honest professional who will go above and beyond when necessary.

Ive had a furnance and multi properties serviced by Thermal Edge. The furnance install was done quick and timely fashion. Its was a huge because it was -5c. Great experience each time.

I can not say enough about the customer service we received by Maric . It was just starting to get cold out when our furnace shut down. Maric came after workimg all day. He arrived about 9 pm. He was back at ourplace with in 24 hours and put in a brand new system for us. He was honest, polite and did the job right. We would highly recommend Maric any time.

Maric checked my furnace and right away identified the heat exchanger was not functioning properly. He was professional and very good at explaining everything in a way I'd understand. He also answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I'd highly recommend him for any furnace needs (maintenance, repair, replacement) He is highly knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy.

When I need work done on my home, I rely on referrals. I was given Maric's name, and my AC unit was installed a few days later. Very professional, polite, and a hard working guy. He didn't even take time to eat the meal I prepared for him; he took it to 'go'!!!

This was routine maintenance every 2 years. Maric was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He made some useful suggestions for future consideration but there was absolutely no pressure. We were totally satisfied and felt good knowing that both heating and cooling systems were in fine operating condition.

Maric installed a gas range (converted from electric). Excellent and thorough service. Gave a full estimate after explaining what needed to be done and stuck to his price upon completion. No surprises.
Also made sure that I was comfortable using the appliances (new to gas) and all safety features. Would definitely recommend to anyone look for a certified gas fitter and/or furnace specialist.
