Our front door had exterior paint that was cracked/falling off as a result of the cold weather we experienced last winter. We originally contacted a number of painters to remediate but none of them were willing to strip the paint completely off, prime it and apply paint again (or at least do it at a reasonable price). As a result, we started looking around for alternate service providers who would do the job properly without charging an arm and a leg. That's where Ross came into the picture. From the initial contact with him, it was clear that he is not only professional but also knowledgeable in the trade.
He assessed the problem and actually proposed the solution I was thinking of so we decided to move forward. Ross and Erik arrived as scheduled and walked me through what they were going to do. They ensured to keep the work area clean and did an excellent job in stripping the door, priming it and refinishing the front of my door. While they were here, I asked them to also look at a gap I had in my chain link fence and they were able to address that problem as well.
Overall, we are very pleased with the work that has been done and I would not hesitate to contact them again for handyman work that I do not have the time to do myself. Great job guys.
