I have known Daniel at Pioneer since about 10 years ago, when I had Pioneer complete my new entry doors, garage door, and sliding door cut-out. They did a quality job then and I brought Daniel back 10 years later to install new, black windows for me. They did all my windows in one day. We are satisfied with the product thus far and Pioneer behaved with professionalism throughout, just like I remember them about 10 years ago. I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Pioneer Windows & Doors Inc to replace some windows and doors in my home. Unfortunately, the product they installed was not the greatest and broke one of my windows during the installation process. They also ripped up my trim and quarter-round and left it in a major state of disrepair. I had to hire another company to come in and fix the mess they left behind. It has been more than 4 months since they promised to fix the situation and they have still not made good on their word. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise anyone considering using
them to proceed with caution.

They finally completed the job.
The installer went above and beyond to fix the issues left behind after first install and tried his best to make it right witch he did.
I am now happy with job.

We got a new front door, windows and patio door installed by pioneer door and window. We are very pleased with the result, professionalism and customer service. The installers did a great job and were faster than expected. They took all the old windows and doors and left everything very clean. Appreciate the excellent service and quality product.

In Feb. 2018 we purchased a steel front door from Pioneer. They did an excellent job. All the special details we requested were followed to the letter. This December we needed an adjustment to the lock. Derek at Pioneer sent a repair man over on Xmas eve to do the job. It now works like a charm. We are very satisfied with the quality of the door and with the service we've received. We will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I had Ken Grobb out for an estimate. In less than 5 minutes he fixed my problem. Excellent customer service .
Honesty is very much appreciated. When time comes for a new one will definitely be calling them back.
