The firm has a great sales approach with desire to serve but had some minor difficulty following through with warranty issues - which eventually were worked out. After a year of living in the home minor flaws emerged in workmanship such as cracks on seams/edges, wood that shrank and expanded too much. The firm diligently repaired all issues to customer satisfaction.

The firm has a great sales approach with desire to serve but has great difficulty following through with warranty issues. After a year of living in the home flaws emerged in workmanship such as cracks on seams/edges, wood that shrank and expanded too much causing panels to be out of place, door handles that did not stay in place. The company tried to address problems by deflecting and abandoned any desire to fix issues it was responsible for.

Very professional and reliable. Easy to work with and very creative. I enjoyed working with the organization and they were instrumental in completing some very complex aspects of my home renovation. Very flexible and fair people.
