MAJOR SIDING & EAVESTHROUGHS JOB INSTALLATION

Talking to Royal Crown, about installation & wrong slope, it looks like they will send someone to have a look. Took a month but they are busy as well.

This review will continue, very happy they responded.

MAJOR SIDING & EAVESTHROUGHS INSTALLED WRONG

I am very dissapointing with the customer service of this company. See 5 yrs ago (Dec/2013-2014) I did a major siding, eavesthroughs & downspout job with them (did a few before & went great), after a year however, one night that was raining a lot, I got home and saw water was overflowing from eavesthorughs, I thought may be a lot of rain & left it there. Few weeks after saw that again & called them, they told me it was normal when big rains, however I insisted & they said they were gonna send someone to check, they never did, called them a week after and they told me they forgot and will pass on msg, got busy and traveled & forgot about it.

After that, every year when it rained a lot, same thing happened, water would overflow and hit my brick wall, last month (Sep/2018) I had to go to the roof as I hear some noise, may be a squirrell trying to access flat roof. When I got there I saw water puddled in the eavesthrough but, it did not rain for 7 days, so I called Dorian @ Royal Crown and told him about it, I suspected it was a bad slope, eavesthroughs are strong, as day 1 when installed, nothing has sagged down or anything, you can feel is very secure. So that day, by Dorian's suggestion I cleaned them, hosed it down with lots of water and after that, water was still puddling on the East side, so it was an installation problem from day 1.

I spoke with the office and Dorian, he says there is nothing they can do since 2 yr warranty is gone, but this is not a warranty issue, this is an installation issue !!!! See, a homeowner like me, should not go into the roof and test the slope with water after an installation by professionals is done !!! NOR i should go out in the raint to take videos if eavesthroughs are overflowing with water, I trusted Royal Crown like always to do 100% job right and they did not.

I understand about warranty, but this was a bad job from day 1, and I live a hectic live to go on my roof as a hobby, they should have tested the slope before they left. I used to tell everyone about this company, I referred many people to RC, but after this bad customer service I will not. See my pictures and videos, is just the slope that is incorrect.
