I had Sandip come in on a weekend to give me a quote. He was very professional and provided me with a lot of details to make the decision making simple. I was very pleased with their service. The guys came in on time and did the replacement for my furnace and AC and all the tests very professionally. I would highly recommend their services

I started to research what was necessary to replace our 17 year old furnace and ac during the summer of 2017 but decided to wait until early 2018 to make the purchase.

I got quotes from four reputable HVAC companies. Three I had dealt with previously. I also chose not to include another well known company as they had just changed ownership and I was not sure about their future. All quotes came with some type of a guarantee of a quality installation. Given, I have a technical background, had done sales in the past and have taught both University and College, I just didn't feel 100% satisfied with either the sales experience or having a guaranteed of a high quality installation.

I started my search again on Homestars and came across Furnace King. I kept reading and reading lengthy reviews from customers that kept referring to Sandip, so I reached out to them and they immediately responded to setup an appointment.

Sandip was here exactly at the time we agreed to. He was polite and proceeded to first understand what we wanted and then presented the various options and the benefits of each one. He also gave me a Certificate that said Furnace King guarantees satisfaction. I was a bit weary about this as many companies say the same thing.

I went back to the other HVAC companies to get comparable quotes on the brand Furnace and AC I was considering. I decided that I felt that Sandip was the most credible and asked him to meet with me again. Sandip has an Engineering background so he understand the mechanics. He is also well spoken and was focused on getting us the products that we wanted at a fair price, so I signed the deal.

Within two days they installed the Furnace and had to return another day to install the AC as it was too cold that first day. They returned and installed the AC and here is where it gets interesting.

When they installed the AC the days had begun to warm up but the AC just didn't appear to be cooling properly. I texted Sandip and within a couple hours he arranged for a technician to check the unit. They found a minor issue and adjusted it but the unit still was not cooling. So I texted Sandip again. Shockingly he responded almost immediately!

Sandip then arranged for a senior technician to come within a day to check the system. After conducting a complete assessment - truly very impressive, he determined that unit could possibly be defective. Once again I reached out to Sandip just before a long weekend and he said he would contact me on Tuesday.

Tuesday rolled around and he followed up by email explaining that he had discussed the matter with the senior folks at Furnace King and they agreed to switch the AC and also reposition it.

In the end, they replaced and repositioned the unit and ultimately, not only is the AC cooling like it should, we are very very satisfied with how the stituation has handled professionally! At no time did I feel like I was being ignored. Sandip is a perfectionist and wants his customers to have an ultimate sales and customer service experience. He and Furnace King proved that, as every time I reached out to him with either a question or concern he answered within hours if not within minutes.

I absolutely recommend Sandip and Furnace King 150% and even if you already have quotes from others, reach out to him even if it is just to get another opinion, I think you will be amazed!

Firstly, we found Sandip (our advisor) very helpful in evaluating our needs and explaining the available possibilities and not trying to oversell us. Then, the taking care of arranging a "home energy audit" was very much appreciated. The Installers arrived at the prearranged time and worked non-stop until the job was completed, They were friendly, polite, and to our experience very efficient. They took time to explain the equipments' operation and answered any questions we asked. When completed, they carefully cleaned everything up. We are very pleased with Furnace King's staff - and the services/work carried out.

The installers came when they said they would come and the whole job was completed within one day. My basement was left clean and tidy when the men left. An adjustment was needed to the furnace to enable more heat to come into the furnace room; this was accomplished quickly and willingly. The equipment is working well and I have no complaints.

Had FK install high efficiency, two stage Amana furnace and AC unit. Wasn't sure about the tankless, but Sandip sold us on it and he was right. Bosche tankless. Feels high tech. Yah you have to wait a bit longer for hot water, but after a bit that will be normal to you. I just hope it is reliable well into the future. Sandip's service was top notch. He's a well-informed individual. Made us feel very comfortable and left us without questions. Mike did the install. Looks very well done. Showed us everything we need to know. Will have to wait until winter to really judge the new furnace though. Overall, I am very satisfied with Furnace King and would definitely recommend.

Maybe you could save $1000 or more by going with a smaller company or independent HVAC person, but not having to worry about anything was $ well spent, and why not, this is arguably the most important system in your home! Thank you Furnace King!

Our furnace stopped working April 17 and Sandip came to our home April 18 to quote us on a new furnace. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was understanding of our needs and the rush to have a new furnace put in. This happened during the freak ice storm and it was very cold.
He totally came through and our new furnace was installed by wonderful gentlemen who knew exactly what they were doing. Sandip promised he would call during the installation and afterwards and he kept his promise. Thank you to all the Furnace King employees. Great job!!!!!

The Furnace King salesperson was very honest, dedicated and knowledgeable. He was very patient and helpful in assisting me with the process involved. We needed to replace our 19 yr old furnace, A/C , and water tank in one shot. Sandip and Furnace King made the process smooth and worry free.
