In August, we contracted with Furnace King Mississauga to replace our furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. They were outstanding from our very first meeting, in which their representative explained the process and offered options and recommendations, energy efficiency, etc. We couldn't be happier with the installation process - which was efficient and all according to plan. Since then, they have responded promptly to questions and have delivered on all of their promises. We have been completely satisfied with our new air conditioner over this very hot summer. The staff are extremely customer friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. We highly recommend Furnace King Mississauga.

I happened on Furnace King by chance since they are Home Depot’s designated contractor. I was a bit uneasy because I hadn’t heard of them before but after checking their online reviews I felt a lot better. I was also pretty sure that Home Depot would only partner with quality installers.

Any remaining uneasiness completely disappeared when I met Sandip, Furnace King’s system designer extraordinaire! Sandip is super qualified and very knowledgeable in his craft. He took the time to explain the system options and the various rebate programs available to me. After we agreed on the options Sandip was able to schedule the work within a week or so.

The installation team was exceptional, their installation was clean and neat and, except for a new furnace and air conditioner, there was no sign that they had even been in our house.

Shortly after the install team left another Furnace King employee, Brian, arrived to certify the installation and fine-tune some of the parameters.

As it turned out there were some issues with the equipment that was installed but Sandip assured that Furnace King would take of them. They did just that by completely replacing parts of the system and even upgrading in the process. The second install team was the same as the first, professional, knowledgeable and was careful not to leave any mess behind.

Our system performs very well and I have no hesitation in recommending Furnace King to anyone who is looking for a quality product and, perhaps more important, a great installation. I’m sure you will find that Sandip and the crew exceed your expectations.

Recently got a furnace and Ac installed via Home Depot / Furnace King partnership. Sandip, Furnace King's sales rep was extremely helpful in helping me understand their offering. I got quotes from Costco, Reliance and a couple of other smaller guys and found this one to be the best.

Had a few minor issues post install and Furnace King showed up quite fast to help resolve.

Overall, I am satisfied and glad I went with this company.

First of all, we have been using Furnace King for almost 10 years and recently upgraded to energy efficient furnace and AC. Sales Advisor was extremely helpful in explaining various options (pros and cons) available so that we could make an informed decision. All of the contractors were very efficient in getting the work done. They were also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Furnace King!

We had our furnace and AC replaced by Furnace king. Sandip walked us through how a typical heating system works, and explained the options for our replacement well. I thought he made a fair/reasonable set of recommendations on which units to purchase and so far (1 month in) they have been working far better than our old units.

The installers were professional and efficient. We weren't entirely happy with how the exhaust venting was finished as some bricks collapsed during the drilling. After contacting furnace king, they came back a second time and installed a PVC plate which solved my concerns on water tightness and appearance.

My 13 year air conditioner failed during the July 1st weekend heat wave. Furnace King sent Joe and Michael to put in a new Amana A/C after Sandeep (sales) carefully determined what I needed. Everyone was incredible and really took customer service to the next level. Joe took the time to install a hard duct for my humidifier, replacing the flimsy soft duct from the previous installation. Furnace King has been sending Claudio as my service technician over the last 6 years and his work has always been amazing. This is the first time they've installed new equipment for me and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I've had contracts with larger companies over the years and this smaller company takes excellence seriously...if you are looking for a top notch company with reasonable prices that cares about their customers year after year, call them.

My furnace, A/C and water tank needed replacing after 25 years. Did my research on Homestars and spoke to different companies. Decided to go with Sandip from Furnace King. I am very satisfied with his service and have been referring others to use this company.
