Replacement of Furnace and AC unit for my Home
Last month I was faced with failure of my furnace fan and AC system and the system being over 20 years old (near the end of it expected life cycle) I decided to replace it rather than repair it. I decided to get competitive prices from companies dealing with Trane, Carrier and Lennox, probably the three best products on the market and I openly informed all contractors that I was getting three bids. Sandip of Furnace King came to the house and immediately demonstrated to be knowledgeable and professional. He quickly established what equipment would best suit my needs and quickly proceeded to give me an estimate. Sandip professionalism (not pushy at all) gave me a sense that I could trust doing business with his company. I must add that one of the two other companies was extremely unprofessional, interested only in pushing me to sign with them without seeking competitive bids.
Sandip arranged for the installation to be done few days later. Their team of three arrived at the house at mid morning, as arranged, and they were complete by mid afternoon. The installation proceeded with minimum disturbance, all were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They listened to our concerns and left all the areas they had been working on spotless.
