Incredible long term customer service!
My 13 year air conditioner failed during the July 1st weekend heat wave. Furnace King sent Joe and Michael to put in a new Amana A/C after Sandeep (sales) carefully determined what I needed. Everyone was incredible and really took customer service to the next level. Joe took the time to install a hard duct for my humidifier, replacing the flimsy soft duct from the previous installation. Furnace King has been sending Claudio as my service technician over the last 6 years and his work has always been amazing. This is the first time they've installed new equipment for me and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I've had contracts with larger companies over the years and this smaller company takes excellence seriously...if you are looking for a top notch company with reasonable prices that cares about their customers year after year, call them.
