HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I don't know they still have their business. but their WORK IS POOREST WORK I've ever seen in my life. Counter top wasn't clean, it broke after few days. They brought their kids to house while working. I don't know how they keep their business running. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.. WORST STORE EVER...!!!!! Can't say enough of how bad they are...

Horrible, horrible experience. Started off great- they promised me a completion date that worked within our schedule (we were renovating the kitchen to sell the house) and provided samples to take home for 24 hours to pick the right marble. Then came the horrible....promises, promises with no delivery. Didn't complete the job as promised, and worse, kept promising that they would do it "tomorrow"...didn't think it could get worse, until they did the actual installation- broke our existing countertop (marble, had to be replaced at our cost and labour), measured wrong so that there was a 1.25 inch gap against the wall oven and a .75-1.25 inch gap against the back wall. When we called 3 hours later (when my husband got home), they informed me that they would come by later in the week to see what they could do....and they never came! The best thing they did? Cash my check within 1.5 hours of leaving my house...

Buyer beware.
Installed vanity has significant and noticeable scratches. Workers were sloppy and rushed. Calls to the company go unanswered or receive promises to come out and correct the installed product. However, no one shows up for the scheduled appointments. Who needs to deal with this.
Looks like I will have to get the job fixed or completely redone by another company.

My experience with this company, unlike Dave's, was unpleasant - might I add which also seems biased depending on how you look at it...

Anyway, I had a vanity installed with two sinks for my master washroom. The job was VERY amateur and just like a previous poster, the granite DID NOT match the colour I had chosen. I understand that it is natural stone nad it will vary but the colour was practically UNIDENTICAL. They kept instisting that that it was the one I chose but I could see that the one in my washroom matched another colour they had in stock... Arguing with the customer is not a good tactic..... If I am paying for a certain kind of stone I expect that stone to be in my house. "A little colour difference" makes a BIG difference in my opinion.

Either way I will not be recommending anyone to this particular company... and by the way.... "Dave" seems like an employee rather than a customer by the way that long yet biased review was written... Seems almost exact to what I was told at Castle marble.

I had an excellent experience. The owners were involved at every point, from measuring, to sales (some advice turned out to be excellent in the end), to installation. During the process I was concerned about colour because the sample in the store did not match the one they gave me to take home and I wanted to be sure which one I was getting because I planned to take the sample to choose paint. They let me drive to the their supplier to look at and choose whichever slab I wanted. It turned out they were all identical to what I was expecting, and just one of the samples I had been given was old (I told them they should get rid of it and use newer scraps for samples). I don't understand why people get angry because one piece of stone doesn't match another perfectly - they are natural materials, if you need to be certain, then ask to see *your* slab first, it's really that simple - this is true of any stone, even boxes of stone tile.

The installation was timely. Since I waited until the cabinets were done to have them measure, I was ready for them to install as soon as possible, but of course they could not. It took 2-3 weeks, but that is pretty fast for custom granite. I won't say the end product was perfect, but it was very close to it, and the combination of service and value was top notch in my opinion - no extra costs for thickness, or edge, or cut outs, or all the additional fees the big boxes add on to the cost of the stone.

The pieces didn't fit perfectly when they brought them, but that was good and I think intentional, because they ground them down for a perfect fit based on actual stove/fridge width, for instance (can't fit a crumb between the counter and stove!). There were some slight gaps to the wall but small enough that the backsplash easily covered them anyway. Everything was level, no problems with cabinet door clearance, and they put additional protectant on once they were finished. They even made me a granite cutting board.

These guys are terrible. They came to install my fireplace stone and made a huge mess in my house. They were grinding stone in the house and filled it with rock dust. They didn't cover anything up and refused to clean it up. The job was amateur at best, there were crooked cuts, rough unfinished edges, stains and cracked stone. They also damaged the walls and ceiling around the fireplace and didn't fix that either. When I confronted the owerner and showed him the bad work, he made excuse after excuse and refused to do anything about it. This company is horrible and the owner is difficult at best to deal with. Their lack of professionalism and skill make them very, very dangerous.

The owners are pleasant however, they need to provide more information on their products, the care and installation. Ask for a guarantee of workmanship. I do not believe that the color of granite I selected was the color installed. I was told it was the lighting at the showroom. The most serious complant is that the installation not professionally done. The backsplash was not cut to fit leaving a gap of about 1/4 inch between pieces and filled with beige glue in the hole. The caulking was smudged and did not match anything. There is a gouge in the under corner of the counter where the installers tried to fit the counter top to the base and obviously miscalculated leaving a jagged space that can cut a person who inadvertently runs a finger at this spot. The counter is not even with the lower cupboards and I was told that my cupboards were not even. I understand that the installer was fired. However, I am left with an unsatisfactory counter. The deal was pay 1/2 up front and balance in cash. I unfortunately paid the balance. The owner has promised to make some adjustments to the counter as best as he can. In the meanwhile I would never recommend this company. The owner needs to monitor the installation throughout the project not just to collect the balance of the payment. PEOPLE..... go somewhere else or be stuck with an unprofessional costly job. I fell like having this ripped out...too late. I could go on but will stop here. MAP
