Advanced Tree Care

We have used Advanced Tree Care several times and feel that Kevin Menger provides excellent advice, prompt follow-up after contact and fair prices. The team for this project was punctual, clarified work to be done with me before starting, were most efficient and the clean up was thorough. The men were polite, most professional and worked quickly and my husband and I were pleased with the overall results. We have already recommended to family & neighbours.

We contacted several companies based on homestar reviews to remove one almost-dead tree and prune several trees from neighbour's yard that are touching our roof. This company's quote was not the cheapest but consistent with the other quotes we got. We chose them because they seem knowledgeable about trees. There was a tree that we weren't sure whether we should remove, and the various companies contacted had different opinions about it. In the end, after I discussed with Kevin we decided to have it removed. On the day of the job, they arrived well-equipped and had the job done well and quickly.

Kevin and his team of tree experts were amazing with the entire process. They provided solutions to the problems we had and then made it happen. Their work was professional, fast and courteous. Even a year later when my wife called Kevin for some extra wood chips for the trees, Kevin and his team were quick to respond to our needs.

We were concerned that the two very tall slender trees on our property line were a danger to our neighbour's property. They leaned precariously in that diection when the wind blew.

We contacted Advanced Tree Care and arranged a visit for a quotation with an ecveptionally polite receptionist. Kevin Mengers arrived soon after the request and offered to undertake the job at a very affordasble price. Then,on seeing a dead pear tree on the other side of our property, he said he would remove that unfortunate tree at no extra cost!

The job was done to suit our schedule, and the saff were friendly, efficient and extremely neat. They performed a thorough clean-up of the site.

Advanced Tree Care removed one 60 foot spruce tree in our front yard
last year and the same size tree in our backyard this year.
The young men who removed the trees were courteous, professional and
efficient. The clean up of the yard and driveway was exceptional.

We received quotes from several companies to prune our large trees. Kevin from Advanced Tree Care was the only one that gave us a detailed quote (which specified exactly what they would do) as well as an image of our trees and what branches would be removed. The crew came on time, worked quickly, and performed the service exactly as detailed in the quote. The clean up was great as well - they even took some old branches I had stacked at the side of the yard. Our trees look fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had Advanced Tree Care come to give me a quote on some tree pruning in my backyard. They were very professional and prompt when responding to my concerns. There work was impeccable, my trees look gorgeous and my property was spotless when they were done. Very knowledgable staff and so nice and accommodating. An OMB decision approving development 4 feet behind our healthy/mature Linden tree prompted us to seek the best arborist available to assess and report on the risks involved, replacement costs and preferred methodology for tree protection during construction - a tall order.
