We used tip top a few times in the past we wanted to replace the carpet and lino
We picked up some top quality hardwood flooring and some nice lino
they did a great job installing everything very happy with there service

The service was great! When you walk into the store, the salespeople greet you and are attentive. There are a variety of carpets available in the store, but that may add to the confusion of what to buy. The salespeople are knowledgable and helpful with their products. They make the decision much easier. I also like how this store is reputable with being in business for 43 years! They must be doing something right!

The retail store offered a wide variety of carpet choices. The service was great. The price was reasonable. The installation went well without any problems. We dealt with Ruth charron and she was friendly and knowledgable about the products. We appreciated that we could bring home samples to see if the colours would go with our wall colours. They were quite flexible as well with the return of samples, so there was no pressure.
