Move! They used 3 men with 6 dollys move went fast, gave me wardrobe boxes to use during the move. Strapped and protected my dressers wrapped my priceless collectables.
They neatly put out mats to protect my rental condos floors. I would definitely us them again

Constant complaining about plastic Dymon Storage boxes being "overweight": I was not given a weight limit. Slow. Had no hand truck or dolly. Placed boxes in wrong rooms. Underestimated size of load, as they didn't come out and assess load before the move.

Better Movers came highly recommended by several of our friends and after proper inspection about insurance we felt comfortable going with them to move my mothers belongings. They packed in January and placed her belongings in storage until her return and move in May. Her new apartment was a bit complex to move into and they were not pleased with the set up. After the move we noticed several of her antique furniture had been damaged but worse were the two boxes full of fine china where every piece of china was broken. They had packed the silverware on top of the china with little protection. When we inquired about compensation, they told us they would only pay $150 to cover the damages. Needless to say, this is little compensation for the antique china broken and other damages. We needed to insist they come to see the damage and even then, did not offer any further compensation and even claimed we could have broken the dishes as we had access to the boxes in storage before the final move. It is therefore rather unfortunate that such highly recommended movers could be such a disappointment.

Marcel and his team were fantastic. They arrived early, they got to work very quickly and had us moved - from two separate locations - within 9 hours. One of the movers became ill during the course of the move, and within 30 minutes Marcel had a replacement mover on site and helping. They were polite, friendly, and worked very fast and very hard. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Better Movers are the best!! I have moved many times and this company is fantastic! Courteous, conscienous, friendly, careful, very quick service & very reasonably priced. Can't say enough about how good they are, they made our moving day stress free & even enjoyable!! An A- plus for this company and the people who work there - HIGHLY recommended!!

Showed up on time, pleasant, polite and friendly. Moved several large pieces without issue that other movers had damaged moving into the house. Highly recommended! Would definitely use their services again and recommend over other movers.

Update. We had them move us into our second home, and they broke a wheel off the BBQ, dented up a bunch of furniture and didn't seem too concerned about it. Lowering my rating as a result.

Cheerful, prompt and very courteous, despite some very challenging pieces and narrow stairs up as well as tiny stairs down into the "rabbit's den." Would definitely recommend their services for a domestic move!
