We needed all the windows in our house updated. Andy was very informative during the quote stage and explained all the options. The installation timing was very quick, the 2 installers were so courteous, cleaned up after themselves each day and worked efficiently. What would have taken a week took them 3 days to complete and was done with a lot of attention to detail. Overall, great experience and we are very happy with our new windows! Have already recommended this company to our friends and family.

The install crew kept our house clean and worked quickly and efficiently! They worked with our home built in the 1940's (original side door) and restored the window and side entry door too look spectacular!

Very professional service and efficient one day installation by friendly staff. All garbage was taken and they cleaned up after they were through. We had a small adjustment to be made and this was done promptly with no hassles. I would and have recommended this company to many of my friends and relatives.

We are thrilled with the work that was done. I feel very accomplished having done my due diligence by ensuring we have the most up to date technology protecting our home from loss of heat or energy. Dmitri took the extra time to educate us on the difference between what people thought was efficient, and of course what was available over 10-15 years, v.s products today. it was a big investment but small in comparison to the value it brought to the property, how aesthetically it is now pleasing, and more so, the money we will save over time with efficient windows and doors keeping heat or AC in the house, and of course noise out!

Great quality work and service. Dimitry and his team did excellent job replacing our double sliding door. It's the 'fancy' one. He was honest, professional for the quoting and well kept his promise for delivery and installation. They did fast and neat, didn't make a mess. Had my basement windows replaced by Visage windows as part of a basement renovation. Excellent service, highly professional and responsive, and amazing product selection (colors, style, etc.). very happy with the work done! Had a draft coming from my previous improperly installed windows and doors. After the new installment no draft whatsoever, house is now staying at the proper temperature.

Worst experience- had door installed last year and within a week had to call regarding the poor install. Completely inferior product, calls and text unanswered
It's been over 4 months with no response - no point in warranty when there is no follow up
