Visage Windows & Doors

Had windows and doors replaced at the end of May 2012 and I am extremely happy with the products and service provided by Eugene and staff. The 2-man crew finished the job in one day, kept debris to a minimum, and the finishing touches on the new windows and doors look awesome! Most importantly, the cost was lower than other vendors. I would definitely recommend calling Eugene if replacing windows and doors from this Company.

I called Dimitry after reading the reviews on this site and am SO glad I did.

He came around the same evening to go through everything with my wife and myself and was honest and informative. I am a recruiter by trade and so think I am pretty good at reading people, I liked Dimitry immediately and we agreed there and then to go with Visage despite the fact this was the first quote we had received.

That is something I NEVER do, we got 8 quotes when re-doing our roof a few years ago (similar project financially) and I am a huge believer in doing my due diligence.

We liked the product, the PRICE was exceptional and Dimitry told us Alex the installer was top notch.

3 weeks later they delivered. installation took 2 days and Alex did a first class job, everything looks fantastic and we are happy we upgraded the windows at the front of the house to Triple -Glazed to further reduce the noise from a nearby busy street. We have had 3 nights of blissful sleep since the work was done.

In summary: Great Price, Quality Product, Expert Installation.

I didn't know how happy we were with our new windows until this Spring when we could start opening them with the warm weather!! What a difference!! Thank you to Dimitri for being so attentive to our needs and being on-site so often during the installation. Follow-up has also been excellent. I should say that we had retro-fit windows installed instead of brick-to-brick. What a good decision. Aside from the initial savings, it meant we didn't have to replace inside trim or coverings. Perhaps the installers could have been a bit more careful about clean-up, but the excellence of the caulking job more than made up for the little bit of vacuuming we had to do. We are very happy and will call Dimitri when we do the rest of the windows. Thanks Dimitri!!

Dimitry was highly recommended by a good friend of mine.I called for a estimate,Dimitry came over the next day. He was very nice and polite. He explained everything very well.The price was awesome....A few days later the installer Alex came over to measure the windows for a brick to brick install.within 3 weeks Dimitry called to set the install date.

Alex and Karen showed up on time and did an incredible job from start to finish.Very Very professional,we had a bow window installed in the front of the house,And they installed 1 bigger window where we originally had 2 smaller windows.I am a very picky person ,there guys are tops in my book.

We found Visage to be the best price around. The windows were retro fitted to our frames and our entire house was installed in one day. The price was ALOT cheaper then other quotes and the service was phenominal. We got exactly what we wanted.

Had 4 windows replaced including a rather large one done brick to brick. After several estimates I went with Dimitry and Visage. After initial contact Dimitry was able to come over and provide an estimate almost immediately. During the visit he went over the details of the exact windows he could install including having a couple samples to show. The estimate provided was very fair in comparison to others and was the exact amount paid in the end . The work was done in timely fashion (within 3 weeks) and the 2 man crew worked efficiently without any issues. The windows look great and no problems have been encountered. Do not hesitate calling Dimitry for an estimate.

While shopping for windows i realized that there are 2 components. One is the manufacturor of the windows and the other is the installer. You need to both visit the window manufacturor yourself and then choose the best installer. Visage installers will readily provide you with extremely satisfied customers in your area, and without question deliver a quality installation. Family run businesses when researched often provide the best in service as they do the install, not subcontactors.

Visage did a fantastic job replacing all our old windows and doors. They went over and above expectation, taking out glass block, adding new plywood to top and bottom of bay window, cutting out wall for sliding door, and so on. Other window companies wanted to charge more and make us do some of the work, where Visage took care of it all. I recommend them to anyone looking for doors or windows!

This company was excellent from beginning to end. I highly recommend them. The workmanship is second to none, a very high quality job. You can tell that these people really take pride in their work. They take the time to do it right and they made sure we were satisfied. The work area was kept very clean and the job work was exactly what they said it would be, no surprises.
