After talking to many different window & siding companies then having three different quotes done... I'm so happy with our decision to hire BHI with our exterior renos. We had wood siding replaced with vinyl, patio doors & a few windows replaced as well as exterior rot issues around two windows all fixed. The employees who worked on our home were experienced and professional. I was confident in the work they did, as they were always open to discuss what was going and and very transparent. BMI is not like other companies who just do a cover up job, they do it right. I will definitely be hiring them again for any roofing needs and to replace the remaining original windows.

Sliding came loose during a windstorm. Basic improvement was willing to come out within days of calling and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. Will use this company again for future work.

We replaced all our windows and doors. Their quotes are fair, they finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves every time. And the work they did was great.

Most notable though is their after service care. They check back with you a few weeks later to see if you have questions or concerns, and the work is guaranteed so if anything is unsatisfactory they'll come replace the window free of charge (and they don't make you wait).

Will definitely use again.

Basic Home Improvement quoted me the best price for all the work I need done around the house; work was done on time; workmen were knowledgeable and very professional; clean up around the house was excellent; workmanship of the job was evident. If I ever need any other renovations I would most definitely call this company again.

Basic home improvment was great, they had came a while back but my windows were starting to decay. I was still under warranty when they came. I would reccomend them anyone out there looking for cost effective work
