The company has completely gone down hill. While they seemed ok for the first year we used them we ended up with an amazing cleaning team who was inconsistent in the times they showed up, took our keys to their personal residence and the last straw was when they brought in someone ( family member) who was not bonded so they could get the job done faster but still wanted to charge us the same amount as if this person was not with them. They lost their credibility with me. To make matters worse when I called to complain I got a stock scripted answer " your opinion is very important to us and we will get another team right away. I will get back to you by the end of the day." I know it was scripted because both kyle and Miguel said the same thing. Neither of them got back to us. The cleaner finally showed up at my door unannounced two weeks later and gave me my keys back. There is zero boundaries, zero accountability with this company. I am utterly disgusted with the way they do business.
I’ve used LME for around two years, in the beginning I was treated with friendly conversations. Huge staff turnover it seems. They ‚fixed‘ one bad clean with an even worse one. I was not allowed to complain, instead promptly told off by email. They can no longer provide the service I require at our second home, a 2bedr. condo with no kids or animals. The pictures explain sloppy work paid for only to have damage to property afterwards by their disrespectful way of cleaning, damage done by vacuum cleaner.
We have regular bi-weekly cleaning. It definitely helped me and my husband to have more time for ourselves and our kids. Ladies do a great job every time and we recommend Life Maid Easy very often. Thank you.
Last year, I hired Life Maid Easy to clean an apartment that I manage; had a few unit showings coming up. They did an alright job, however, did miss a pretty obvious dusty cobweb hanging on the kitchen lights. Otherwise, I think I could have spent 2 hours of my own time cleaning instead of hiring.
I bought a coupon for their carpet cleaning. I bought a 2 bedroom deal even though my place is 1 bedroom. They were 15 minutes late. I asked to cover the dirty areas twice, he did not. When the carped dried there were huge yellow stains that were not there before.
We appreciate your feedback on our service and we are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with our service. However, with the overwhelming response to the coupon promotion you are the first person to have been unsatisfied, and we have went through 150 jobs to date from the promotion. We have not yet spoken to the carpet cleaner about this matter but will asap, and we be happy to send him back to redo any spots that has been missed, which we find very out of character on behalf of our carpet cleaner to have not redo anything missed after being told so.
