I called Jason of True Home Comfort after reading all the great reviews here. It was a nice surprise to have a contractor who actually answers his phone! We were able to arrange for the job to be done two days after our conversation. Jason called on install day to say he was in the area and if it worked he could come by a half our before our scheduled time. Very professional, polite and accomodating! He finished the job in the amount of time he said it would take and then took the time to explain the operation of the unit.
I would definitely recommend this company!
