We had 2 windows with a divider 6' x 4' and 5' x 3'.
Also had a glass insert installed on our front door.

Aaron the sales representative advised us on which windows to buy.

In short, he suggested removing the divider and making one casement window in each case and going triple glaze.
Great choices!

We ordered February 1st 2024 and the windows were installed on March 27, 2024.

The product is excellent.

The installers were Paul and Vezina. They were the consummate pros.
Their attention to detail was excellent, and they were diligent workers.
Personable, clean, motivated, knowledgeable, and yes, experienced.

Excellent finish on both interior and exterior.

Plus CANA has a brick and mortar that you can visit which was a bonus for us.

We had this company replace a 10 ft wide window in our living room in 2019, including enlarging the opening. We were overall very pleased with the work and the quality of the window. We felt it was a reasonable price; the wait between ordering it and its installation was short, and we love the change it gave to our room. 5 stars

When we needed another huge window (14 ft wide) replaced in our sunroom, Cana told us that they no longer carried the Laflamme brand of our earlier purchase. We wanted to have he same narrow frames as the first window so we got estimates from 2 other places. We decided on having Cana do this new window, again the price was reasonable, the time between ordering and delivery was relatively short, and the installation was fine.

The only hitch this time was that the 9 ft wide fixed pane was really dirty on both surfaces as if it had been exposed to something greasy and then dust. We couldn't get this grime off with windex - it only smeared it. We ended up having to wash it a number of times with different products to cut the grime on the inside before we got it clean. On the outside it was easier because we could use a car wash hose attachment and then a jet of water from the hose to rinse it.

Cana offered no excuse or apology, suggested we make a warranty claim. WE are pleased with the window but quite unhappy with the amount of work we needed to do to get it clean. So 5 stars for the window, 3 for the service.

Wayne was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with during our window and exterior door consultation. He also stopped by periodically during the installation to ensure everything was going smoothly.
Our windows and front exterior door were installed in a timely manner and the installers (Veasna and Paul) were amazing to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. My home was left very tidy after the work was completed and the windows and front door look amazing!

Just finished my second renovation with Cana windows. As expected Wayne Thurber was on time, professional and competitive. Thanks to Mario and his crew, my house looks amazing. They worked none stop until the job was done and left my house spotless. . And its flawless! I couldn't be happier and will be calling them next year to replace my siding. Thanks guys, great job!

My wife and I had three windows supplied and installed by Cana. Susan was a pleasure to deal with for choosing the windows and options, answered all questions and gave us very informative advice. She was very responsive all along. Mario and his team were very professional and meticulous and courteous while install the windows. Impeccable work. After a year, we have not had a single problem . I would not hesitate to use again and recommend Cana.

Getting your windows done by CANA is as easy as 1, 2, 3. 1. Call the Office Manager (Angie). She is awesome and very helpful. 2. Ask for Wayne to coordinate the installation of the windows and doors. Super person - knowledgeable, caring and easy to deal with. Finally, 3 - the installation by Mario. Mario is a super worker who takes his job very seriously and is proud of the job he does. Great company all around. We are extremely happy with our new windows and door!
