3 Step Solution is without a doubt the three most important words that have come into my life in 13 years. The president and founder of 3 Step Solution, Lois Kennedy, is the most organized and professional person I have ever met. With great tact, patience and kindness Lois transformed my double garage which had a combination of old furniture, clothes and brick brack from two generations stored within its walls since the house was purchased, into a real garage in which a car can now be parked, tools can be found and even a section for wine making materials is well organized. I cannot believe how kindly persuasive she was in her approach to convincing me to let go of the past and start fresh. Lois was able to reorganize the garage in a way that I gained a garage back and I was able to take tons of articles to charity so someone else who could benefit from my hoarding.
