Whirlpool washer drain motor wouldn't stop until it errored out E1 F9. David came out early the next day and unclogged a blockage for the fix. David explained everything to me including the expected price.

Very quick response to my inquiry about a loud squeal coming from my dryer. They booked a service call for the very next day and did not require a credit card in order to complete the booking (as another appliance service on HomeStars had requested). The job was quickly diagnosed and repaired with the correct part on the first visit. The charge was reasonable, including the service call charge being $30 less than the other appliance service mentioned above. Clean and tidy. A job well done.

Our Samsung washing machine was not running into the high speed spin cycle. Terry came out and did a thorough test and investigation. The result? After checking all the usual suspects (wires, drive, balance), he found that the likely cause was the weighted bearings being seized in the drum, throwing it out of balance as speeds increased - the problem for it not getting through the spin cycle. The only solution was to order an install a new drum for $800 (which he recommended against). After asking for and getting an opinion on "what do you have in your house", I am the proud owner of a different brand washer. Terry was fantastic. Showed up on time, was thorough, pleasant and kind. I will use the Appliance Service Centre for all appliance service going forward.

Our dryer was making a loud rumbling noise and the sound was getting progressively louder. I spoke with Terry by phone who arranged for a technician to come and diagnose and fix the issue. I was given a date and time with a 2 hour window. David arrived on time and was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and got right to work in solving and fixing the issue. I would recommend this company 100%. It seems like a rarity these days that companies actually treat you with respect and do what they say as well as give you a fair and honest quote and honour that quote. Way to go Appliance Service Centre!!

I was extremely pleased with the fast, highly professional response of Appliance Service Centre in responding to my fridge repair. Booking was fast and professional for next day service. Email confirmation with 2-hour visit window. Technician arrived minutes before the booking window and resolved the problem with instock parts. Very affordable repair, finished with email confirmation and receipt. We will call upon Appliance Service Centre again if there is a need, and will refer ASC to friends and family in the meantime.

Called in the morning, service man looked at stove in the afternoon and the repairs were done 2 days later.
