Legacy Exteriors

We decided to have the exterior of our home repainted recently after a few years from a previous company not doing a very good job. I contacted Legacy Exteriors and one other, and Richard provided superior service and his professional attitude easily outclassed the other companies' representatives. We had not thought of some of the improvements Richard recommended and made the decision to go through with having our windows cladded. Knowing we would not have to touch the windows again was very much worth the extra cost over simply repainting. We have a taller and larger home with some extreme pitches to the roof area. The first thing that impressed us was that Richard was able to guarantee a start time of the renovation. The contractors that worked with Richard, Amilcar for the cladding and Alberto and Jesus for the painting, and the stucco repair fellows (whom I didn't get their names as they worked so fast) all arrived on time when Richard said they would. The work was completed in less time than originally planned due to great weather and their dedication to finish the job. We spent a little extra time deciding on the final house color and Alberto made sure we were happy before proceeding. The accent colors painted on all doors really made the final product worth being done. We regret not having contacted Richard a few years ago as it would have been easier and lasted much longer. I think people will find Richard professional and is very confident in his approach. He backs that up by having highly qualified contractors who deliver; and with that working for him he has a very successful product.
