The roof that was replaced was a peeked roof rowhouse block of sixteen units. Over 20 static roof vents and ll bathroom exhaust fan vents and original plumbing stack collars (that had not been replaced) and no chaulking on the entire roof we knew we had a problem.
Numerous phones messages were made and when I finally spoke to the owner, Mark St. Aubin, he acted shocked at our findings and set a date to make the repairs. The day came and went and after several more phones calls I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They did their due diligence with no success.
I finally had to hire another roofer at a cost of $4,500.00.
Our only other option is to go to small claims court.
